1/4	c	Grated Cheddar cheese
1	c	Bisquick or pancake flour
2	c	Grated zucchini
2		Eggs

Mix cheese, zucchini, eggs and add Bisquick (or pancake flour). Cook on medium hot griddle with oil or shortening coating. Use 1 tablespoon oil and add to mixture if using for waffles.
